In early 2024, a well-established client from the Netherlands approached us for a customized version of our popular Mini5 Dart Machine. The project was a collaboration to meet specific design and operational requirements, ensuring their venues were equipped with state-of-the-art dart machines tailored to their audience.

Company negotiations

The project kicked off with detailed discussions between our team and the client's representatives. The client’s goals were clear: they needed a compact, user-friendly dart machine suitable for various entertainment venues across the Netherlands. Over several negotiation rounds, we finalized the scope, timeline, and specific customizations.

Determine the number of models and the design patterns

Model Quantity: After thorough consultation, the client decided to place an initial order of 50 units, which allowed for ample testing across their venues before a potential larger rollout.

Design Customization: The client requested specific design alterations to match their brand aesthetics. These changes included a unique color scheme for the dart machine’s outer casing and additional LED lighting enhancements to make the machines more engaging. We also customized the software interface to support local Dutch language options and integrate seamlessly into their existing entertainment systems.

Mass production

Once the designs were approved, we proceeded with mass production. Our state-of-the-art facility ensured a streamlined production process, maintaining the highest quality standards at every stage. Rigorous quality checks were conducted on each Mini5 Dart Machine to guarantee optimal performance and durability.

Packaging & Shipping

Protective Packaging: For safe international transportation, we ensured that each unit was securely packed with multiple layers of protection, including shock-absorbing materials and weatherproof outer packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
